I specialize in preparing wholesome, delicious meals in the safety of your home kitchen.
I care about providing food that satisfies the senses and also nourishes the
body.
Credentials
As well as my chef qualifications from Le Cordon Bleu,
I have also earned the title of Nutrition Consultant. My training in nutrition inspired a new relationship
with food; I now focus on retaining as much nutrition as possible in the food I prepare.
I make all of my own broths from organic meat, vegetables and herbs. I cook with these broths, which
incorporate more nutrition and taste to grains, sauces, soups and dressings.
